Board of Directors

Anders Frisk

Anders Frisk is a renowned Swedish businessman with strong and broad network. Anders has run a technical distribution company in the Nordic region for more than 15 years. The firm represented more than 20 top suppliers from USA, Europe and Asia in the field of photonics.

Anders has been working as a CEO for more than 20 years and as a board member and chairman of the board for more than 10 years. Anders maintains a deep background of company management with firms in the manufacturing and industrial sectors within Sweden.

Today Anders is focusing on board work and chairman work in various companies and foundations in the region of central Sweden. Anders has a broad and well repudiated network of contacts in the field of business, industrial, production, financial and law in Sweden and abroad.

Bertil Stridh

Bertil Stridh is a renowned Swedish lawyer in business law and insolvency. Bertil has run a law firm in Värnamo for more than 40 years. The firm is a part of a network with 30 lawyers in southern Sweden under the brand Amber Advokater. Bertil has been a mentor to numerous business lawyers.

As a bankruptcy trustee Bertil has found new solutions and created new chances for more than 1500 companies facing insolvency. Today Bertil is focusing on board work in various companies in this manufacturing business dense region in south central Sweden, and advises and represents multiple companies in the manufacturing and industrial sectors within Sweden. Bertil previously served as a reserve officer as legal advisor in the Swedish Airforce.

Bryan Cardwell

Mr. Bryan Cardwell is a highly experienced business leader and consultant, with more than a decade in defense and commercial arms sales and acquisition. A retired US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, he is a respected expert in his field and highly regarded for his abilities in team building and problem-solving for complex initiatives.

Ryan Shaver

With a career spanning over 25 years in business, Mr. Shaver has extensive experience supporting the US Government, particularly the Department of Defense, NATO, and Partner Nation Capacity Building. In his 14 years in this field, he has gained expertise in sales management, process improvement, product marketing, logistics, operations (both services and manufacturing), and executive business management. Mr. Shaver's diverse skill set has enabled him to excel in a variety of roles and industries.

Chief People Officer

Julie A. Fairchild

Ms. Farchild is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years in corporate training, business operations, and personnel management. She specializes in corporate software training and education, having trained over 250 personnel in the healthcare industry. She has a proven track record of managing multiple offices with budgets over $10 million and overseeing the execution of healthcare services to thousands of patients. She holds multiple certifications in training, conflict resolution, and hazardous materials management.

Leadership and management of US government security assistance and cooperation programs.

Experience in U.S., NATO and International armed forces, defense procurement organizations, government agencies and international parliamentary committees.

Special forces experience in weapons development, testing and evaluation, and joint training and operations with NATO and partner nations

Expertise in firearms and weapons law and policy, as well as international import and export law.

Experience in weapon systems production and manufacturing, including program and project management at major US defense manufacturers and small arms Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Leadership and management experience in human capital strategies, human relations, education and training, business administration, utilities and raw materials based commodity planning, programming, and budgeting.
